Born in Southern Rhodesia, Vaughan developed a deep connection with nature early on. After guiding safaris across southern Africa, he moved to the UK, where he is now semi-retired and focused on sharing 'the taste of home' with other Africans abroad.

Kim, originally from the UK, has trekked across the Sahara, Costa Rica, and South Africa, abseiled Table Mountain, and ziplined in Tsitsikamma. Now, Kim is focused on running a business and sourcing top-quality biltong and droewors in the UK.
