A lifetime of adventure shaped her love for bold flavours, great food, and authentic global experiences.

Today, Kim has channelled that same energy into something closer to home: bringing top‑quality biltong, droewors, and Greek delicacies to markets across the South West.

Founded in April 2023, The Heart of Greece brings the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean to UK food lovers. From rich, briny olives to beautifully stuffed peppers, every product is chosen for its authenticity, freshness, and unforgettable taste.
